- Camera Access: Used to (1) capture photos for complaints and (2) scan cards for payments. Images are stored securely and deleted after resolution.
- Phone Number: Required for OTP verification during account creation or transactions.
- Device Information: Includes IP address, OS version, and unique identifiers for analytics.
